The loss of bodily autonomy and control at the center of cases of sexual abuse, sexual assault, sexual harassment, and domestic or dating violence can make those cases more complex and sensitive than other types of litigation. This CLE will provide an overview of how to address the intake and interview process, client communication, and how to navigate any coexisting criminal prosecution related to your client’s case in a trauma-informed manner.
