Whether you’re managing client confidentiality in the digital age, structuring fee arrangements, or simply trying to stay on the right side of evolving rules, this session examines recent case law, ABA opinions, and rule amendments in the context of concrete strategies that reduce risk, enhance client trust, and bring greater ease to your daily practice.
