As Large Language Models (LLMs) become integral to legal research, drafting, and decision-making, they shake the very policy foundations long relied upon across multiple legal domains. This open roundtable will provide the context and framing for participants to examine how the latest in LLM technology is unsettling established paradigms—from the balance of societal interests in intellectual property to consent and accountability in contracts, and beyond. Through a structured conversation, participants will dissect core disruptions, share frontline experiences, and collaborate on practical strategies to adapt doctrine, regulatory frameworks, and professional standards for an AI-infused legal landscape.
