Dr. Najeeb Thomas, Greg Unger, and Lynn Finch will address some of the key issues impacting the forms medical professionals need people in litigation to sign and how those requirements can conflict with the needs of the litigating attorneys. The panel will propose solutions to meet the requirements of all parties. Additionally, the panel will discuss how best to assist medical providers in achieving the most comprehensive professional medical exams for litigation purposes.
