Short-term rentals have been and will continue to be a hot topic in our city's economy and politics, but between Fifth Circuit decisions, new ordinances, Interim Zoning Districts, and administrative interpretation, it can be a hard topic to follow. If you are sick of dodging questions about AirBnB's from your non-lawyer friends, this is the CLE for you. We will discuss the state of regulation, how we got where we are, and what the future may hold.
