The pressure on lawyers during a jury trial is unparalleled. The eyes of your client, your opponent, the witnesses, the other lawyers, the judge, and most importantly, the jurors are on you, and you want to do what it takes to win. During this hour, we will discuss the challenges of staying calm and professional during a jury trial and how to avoid pitfalls that can lead to reprimands from the judge, errors for an appeal, or, worse, a mistrial.
