During this one-hour program presented by the Family Law and Domestic Violence Committee, Beau Sagona will discuss the mechanics of retirement plans, informal methods of discovery of retirement benefits, methods for their division, language used in settlement agreements, tips for timely approval of court orders required to complete the retirement benefit division, and problems that arise from delay.
