Join seasoned bankruptcy practitioners, Jan Hayden (NOBA President), Louis Phillips, and Billy Patrick, in a discussion about how the practice of bankruptcy has transformed from when they began practicing to what it is now that they all have gray hair! Chief Judge Michael Crawford, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Louisiana will moderate the discussion. Speakers will discuss preeminent bankruptcy cases in which they were involved and how those cases may have been different had they been filed today. Happy hour cocktails will be provided at the program.
