Roundtable Discussion with Law Clerks from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit: Dos and Don'ts CLE

NOBA’s Appellate Practice Committee seeks to provide practical CLE programs for both seasoned appellate practitioners and those attorneys who only occasionally practice in the appellate courts. This CLE will provide attendees with the opportunity to engage in a round-table discussion with several current law clerks for judges of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. The discussion will include appellate procedural issues, some of which may be unique to federal court, as well as practical tips from a law clerk’s perspective for any attorney who is handling an appeal in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
