Dos and Don'ts for Summer Clerkships

On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, law clerks from area law firms gathered in the U.S. Court of Appeals for NOBA's "How to Land the Job of Your Dreams: The Dos and Don'ts of Summer Clerkships" panel discussion. Our distinguished panelists, Kim Boyle, Phelps Dunbar LLP and NOBA Past President; Jimmy Courtenay, JJC Law; Gerard Gaudet, Adams and Reese and YLS Past Chair; Elizabeth McGovern, Gordon Arata; and Jason Waguespack, Galloway and NOBA Past President, spoke to the law clerks about everything they need to know about summer clerkships and offered practical advice including conduct, attire, and etiquette. Attendees were invited to attend our Summer Bar Crawl Social originally scheduled to follow the program. Due to severe weather, the YLS Summer Bar Crawl has been rescheduled to Wednesday, June 11. We hope to see you there!
