This presentation establishes the fundamentals for attorneys today, as well as advanced techniques for refining courtroom presence, commanding attention, and making an indelible impact on juries and judges alike. The presentation draws from cutting-edge research in cognitive psychology and communication. By mastering these techniques, trial lawyers will be empowered to create powerful, memorable narratives that resonate deeply, inspire trust, and, ultimately, persuade.
