Brenda Breaux, New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) Executive Director, and Laura Settlemyer, NORA in-house counsel, will speak about the acquisition, leasing, and redevelopment of publicly owned assets featuring NORA’s redevelopment of St. Bernard Circle, the City’s Redevelopment Framework (including two NORA-led affordable-housing developments underway), and NORA’s stewardship of the former Six Flags site in New Orleans East.
