The Louisiana legislature has recently made several, significant changes to laws affecting the design, bid, and construction of public works projects in Louisiana. In this presentation, we will discuss recent changes to the Louisiana Public Bid Law and Louisiana Public Works Act, including changes that affect owners, contractors, suppliers, and design professionals.

Payment is expected before the start of programs in order to attend. Cancellations must be received in writing two days in advance in order to receive a refund. No shows are not eligible for refunds and will be charged for the program, plus an administrative billing fee.
