Self-care and wellness: taking care of yourself so you can be your best! As concerns about the spread of the novel coronavirus both in the U.S. and in New Orleans, continue to turn our lives upside down. It is important to continue to practice healthy choices for your overall wellness. Keep in mind there are six dimensions of wellness, they are social, intellectual, spiritual, emotional, physical and occupational.
