This CLE will discuss what factors to consider in deciding whether to mandate the COVID-19 vaccine for project personnel including subcontractors and suppliers, how to evaluate requests for accommodation from those who cannot take the vaccine because of medical or religious reasons, proper ways to incentivize personnel to get the COVID-19 vaccine and how to implement a communication plan surrounding the vaccine and maintain confidentiality.

On September 24, 2015, the Construction Law committee organized a tour of the ongoing VA Hospital project.

On March 26, 2015, the Construction Law Committee held a wine tasting social at Hopper's on Magazine Street.

On February 5, 2015, the Construction Law Committee was treated to a behind-the-scenes tour of Audubon Zoo’s most recent renovation; including glimpses of the completed lazy river, the under-construction updated elephant and orangutan enclosures.  In addition to these previews, the Construction Law Committee gained valuable insight into the myriad hurdles this project has encountered.
