[One Hour of CLE]

The first step in obtaining the reversal of an adverse trial court decision is to preserve the error for appeal.  Preservation of error is especially important in complex litigation, where the stakes are higher.  In this CLE, we will provide tips for preserving error for appeal in both Louisiana state courts and federal courts. This program is co-sponsored by the Complex Litigation Committee.
