Roundtable Discussion with the Law Clerks from the US 5th Circuit Court of Appeal

{1 hour CLE}

NOBA’s Appellate Practice Committee seeks to provide practical CLE programs for both seasoned appellate practitioners and those attorneys who only occasionally practice in the appellate courts. This CLE will provide attendees with the opportunity to engage in a round-table discussion with several current law clerks for judges of the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. The discussion will include appellate procedural issues, some of which may be unique to federal court, as well as practical tips from a law clerk’s perspective for any attorney who is handling an appeal in the United States Fifth Circuit.
