A discussion of what constitutes a final judgment and the circumstances in which an interlocutory judgment may be reviewed by the appellate court.

This CLE will focus on interlocutory appeals, issues with district court judgments (decretal language) that impact whether an appeal can be taken, and related matters, in Louisiana state and federal court.
