What's new with YLS?
From the Bar & Grille and the Annual Golf Tournament to CLEs geared for new attorneys, there is
always something happening with the NOBA-YLS.
June 2010: Congratulations to the YLS who received the Service to the Bar Award for several projects
aimed at educating and improving the quality of life and practice for its members and the Bar in general,
including seminars to teach law students about office and social etiquette; the annual Bench Bar
Conference, the annual New Orleans Mayoral Luncheon; the CLE and reception for new admittees
known as Big Easy Bootcamp: Basic Training for Lawyering in New Orleans (sm) and Approach the Bench
CLEs.
