Workers' Compensation CLE - "Malingering From a Neuropsychological Perspective"

Dr. Michael Chafetz, author of Intellectual Disability: Civil and Criminal Forensic Issues, will address the topic of malingering from a neuropsychological perspective.  He will examine the diagnostic and practical definitions of malingering and address the societal and individual behaviors involved in this diagnosis.  He will discuss the medical/legal issues associated with malingering and provide tools for attorneys to better assess their clients’ and witnesses’ testimony and conduct.
