A local law firm is seeking experienced (min. of 5 yrs) defense litigation paralegal. Experience in summarizing depositions, medical records & employment records required. Tasks include, but are not limited to, preparation of various legal documents, calendaring and scheduling. Candidate must be extremely organized with stellar communication skills and ability to multi-task while handling a busy desk. Knowledge of state & federal court filing procedures, including E-filing & FAX filing, required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
