Upcoming Events:

Protective Orders in Products Liability Litigation CLE

The panel features Magistrate Judge Daniel Knowles of the USDC for EDLA as well as two experienced attorneys from both the defense and plaintiff perspectives: Kim Moore of Irwin Fritchie and Lawrence Centola of Martzell Bickford, who have each handled numerous individual and multi-district products liability cases. The discussion will focus on what elements of a protective order are important from both sides of the courtroom, as well as what aspects are important to the Court in streamlining discovery, reducing pre-trial conflicts and protecting the intellectual property of a defendant without limiting the rights of the plaintiff.
