Preparing and Trying a Personal Injury Case CLE
This one-hour CLE will cover many of the basics involved in preparing and trying a personal injury case. Among topics to be discussed are: the necessity of obtaining medical records; proof of past and future lost wages; proof of future disability and medical care through life care plans; the necessity of retaining and preparing experts in certain areas of practice; and preparing your evidence to be presented in the most effective manner.
