Multidistrict Litigation from the Masters
Judge Carl Barbier (center) with Mag. Judge Sally Shushan (left), presided over a panel discussion on the complexities of multidistrict litigation. Much of the discussion centered on the use of technology to handle large document cases. Also appearing via Skype was Judge Royal Fuergeson from Texas. Many thanks go to Lynn Luker (right), the 2012 Master of Masters of the Courtroom who envisioned a new way to showcase our Masters.
