October 7 2014 | Committees

On Friday, October 3, 2014 at 10:30 am, the New Orleans Bar Association hosted the first in an exciting four part CLE series entitled "Litigation Lessons for Lawyers."  The CLE series will feature a mock trial format with some Louisiana's top trial lawyers litigating against one another using mock case materials from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA).  The presentation on Friday was a mock voir dire between Antonio M. Clayton of Clayton, Fruge & Ward in Port Allen and John Jerry Glas of Deutsch, Kerrigan & Stiles in New Orleans.  Law students from Loyola University School of Law served as the mock jury venire and Judge Sidney Cates of Orleans Parish Civil District Court presided over the mock proceedings.
