Be Stable and Look the Part!  That’s only a snippet of the take-a-ways from the Minorities in the Profession Committee’s CLE – “A Seat at the Table: Perspectives from In-House Counsel on Diversity in the Profession” that was held on February 16, 2017.  Indeed, Mr. Terrel Broussard of Hammerman & Gainer, Simone Boustead of Aetna, Inc., and Cory Vidal of Fidelity Bank, shared a wealth of knowledge on issues relating to the renewed trend of  general counsels’ push to have minorities sitting in first or second chair on cases, different vantage points that minority lawyers offer, self-promotion, and much more.
