  • Analysis of Jury Issues - What will you ask the jury to do?  What will the Jury Charge and Verdict Form look like?
  • Mock Trial - When and how should you use jury consultants? How do jury consultants work? When do you conduct a mock trial?

Objectives of and How to Formulate Voir Dire Exam

  • From establishing grounds for cause and the use of peremptories to previewing case themes
  • Formulating questions and how to conduct Voir Dire
