A discussion with Zach Butterworth, Executive Counsel & Director of Federal Affairs for the Office of Mayor Landrieu, on New Orleans’ role in the Sanctuary Cities debate.  How did New Orleans gain its reputation as a sanctuary city and what does that mean?  We will focus on factors unique to New Orleans that led the city to form its current policy and how that could impact the city in the years ahead.
