A top-notch line up of attorneys and judges have confirmed their willingness to speak at the upcoming family law seminar on May 15, 2014.  Speakers include all three Orleans Parish domestic division judges,  “Best Lawyers in America” member Robert Lowe and David Prados of the Lowe Stein law firm; former LSBA President John Musser; former Louisiana Supreme Court, Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal, Civil District Court and current Traffic Court Judge Herbert Cade; “Best Lawyers in America” member Frank Tranchina; Stacey Marcel and a panel to discuss the new mediation procedure in New Orleans; “Best Lawyers in America” member Philip Riegel; and others. 

Topics will include: Hints for a Successful Family Law Practice; How to Handle Community Property Litigation on a Budget; an update on family law cases; ethics; professionalism; etc.
