The CLE will focus on a discussion of how Miranda has evolved over the last 50 years, including an examination of the issues and challenges that remain to be overcome, and how and why Miranda is still needed today.

On March, 17, John Pierre, Kelly Legier and Ron Wilson discussed "The State of Our Union."

On October 22, 2015, Darleene Peters moderated "Maintaining Longevity in the Profession." Kim Boyle, Chancellor Joan Davis and James Williams gave advice on what it takes to survive in the legal profession.

On June 25, 2015, Judge Piper Griffin, Orleans Parish CDC, Sharonda Williams, the City Attorney for the City of New Orleans, Charles Rice, President & CEO of Entergy New Orleans, and Bill Aaron, Managing Shareholder, President and Chairman of the Board at Aaron & Gianna discussed their navigation in the legal profession, challenges they have faced, and how they have overcome those challenges.  

On March 26, 2015, the Chair Kimberly Silas led the Committee in a “brainstorming” session to discuss Minorities in the Profession's vision for the year.
