Practical and Legal Issues for Environmental Coverage Disputes
Stephen Miles, Barrasso Usdin, will discuss both practical and legal coverage issues that could be in play for a long tail environmental coverage dispute. Join us at the office to gain insight on issues such as finding ancient policies, proving property damage or an “occurrence” during the policy period, the pollution exclusion, and issues re: mitigation of damages.

On September 24th, John Baay, Gieger Laborde, and William Barousse, Gieger Laborde discussed "Legal Causation in Louisiana Toxic Tort Cases."
On June 10th Angela Harris, a Ph.D, board-certified toxicologist led a discussion on “How Chemicals Cause Cancer – Basic Science and Biomarker Discovery.”
