Jazz Up Your Case - How to Win Using Musical Concepts

Through both intellectually stimulating and novel music theory-based approaches, litigators will receive practical assistance in how to create purposeful emphasis through chord structure, harmony, tension/resolution, voicing, melody, and rhythm. Using a combination of PowerPoint, auditory examples, and class participation, this jazzy CLE is designed to increase lawyers’ practical skills in creating memorable presentations, examinations, and arguments that are designed to showcase the attorney’s command of the law and facts of his case with resounding respect and dignity for the Court, client, opposing counsel, witnesses, and the jury.
