Join NOBA's Construction Law Committee for a lunch meeting with special guests: Daniel Lund, III, a Director in Construction Litigation at the Coats Rose New Orleans Office and Sharonda Williams, the City Attorney for the City of New Orleans. Prior to her current position, Ms.Williams was a partner at Sher Garner Cahill Richter Klein& Hilbert, where her practice focused on commercial litigation and construction litigation.
They will be covering the basics and the "dos and don'ts" of public bid protests.
