Construction Law Committee Social

The Construction Law Committee is holding a joint social at Nola Brewery with the Surety Association of Louisiana on May 19. There will be an open beer bar. Unlimited blonde ale, hopitoulas, IPA, Rebirth Rale Ale, Mecha Imperial IPA, Irish Channel Stout (and possibly 7th Street Wheat). Small snacks are included. Limited to 40 attendees, so register early!

On April 6, Adrian D'Arcy and Casius Pealer presented "Green Building 101: What Attorneys Need to Know and Why."
On March 2, the committee held a Lunch & Learn. Mike Merwick and Neil Miltonberger from The Kenrich Group discussed "Forensic Schedule Analysis: Demystifying the Black Box."

On December 3, 2015, the committee held a holiday social at Deutsch Kerrigan.

On October 14, 2015, Tamara Lindsay and Jeffrey Kessler discussed "ADA Compliance for Construction Projects."

On September 24, 2015, the Construction Law committee organized a tour of the ongoing VA Hospital project.

On May 20, 2015, Daniel Lund and Sharonda Williams discussed The "Dos and Don'ts" of Public Bid Protests

On March 26, 2015, the Construction Law Committee held a wine tasting social at Hopper's on Magazine Street.

On February 5, 2015, the Construction Law Committee was treated to a behind-the-scenes tour of Audubon Zoo’s most recent renovation; including glimpses of the completed lazy river, the under-construction updated elephant and orangutan enclosures.  In addition to these previews, the Construction Law Committee gained valuable insight into the myriad hurdles this project has encountered.
