NOBA Members Respond to Judge Barbier’s Letter to City

On August 30, 2007, Judge Carl J. Barbier, in his capacity as President of the New Orleans Bar Association, sent a letter to Mayor Ray Nagin and Dr. Edward Blakely, New Orleans Recovery Director.
