This CLE is designed to help attorneys avoid common mistakes and pitfalls on the front end of the due diligence process in order to make their clients look more attractive to potential buyers. The presentation will outline how to triage and address the most common corporate housekeeping issues affecting private sellers and will discuss tips for setting up a due diligence data room.
