The New Orleans Bar & Grille is the law firm cooking competition that raises money for legal services to the poor.

The Young Lawyers Section of the New Orleans Bar Association held its 11th annual New Orleans Bar & Grille. Teams of amateur chefs from local companies and law firms participated in a cook off at the Peristyle in City Park. The event offered family, friends, and the general public plenty of entertainment including live music, free drinks, and, of course, a sampling of the dishes that were prepared on site. Although teams were not limited in what particular dish they prepared, teams competed for Best Local Favorite, Best Dessert, Most Creative, Best Booth Decoration, Crowd Favorite, and Best Overall.
