Exploiting Technology on Appeal CLE

    

A lawyer who knows how to exploit technology has a big advantage on appeal.   Two experienced appellate lawyers, both with strong backgrounds in the use of computer technology, will offer practical pointers.  In the first half, Louis LaCour will explain how to use Filemaker Pro to master the record on appeal, including issue-tagging and full-featured searching.  In the second half, Jeff Richardson will explain how to use an iPad to work with the record, draft the brief, and even present oral argument.
