This one hour CLE will explore entertainment law and the intellectual property rights in the fashion industry.

Focusing on the recent case involving Christian Louboutin and Yves Saint Laurent over the design of Louboutin's "trademark" red-sole shoes, the panelists will address the legal rights to design and address "can fashion designs be copyrighted"?

In addition to one hour of CLE, this program will feature:

  • A Shoe Fashion Show Contest
