Payment must be received at the time of registration to qualify for discounted pricing. Cancellations must be received in writing two days prior to the program in order to receive a refund minus a $30 administrative charge will be deducted. There are no refunds for no shows.

NOBA's Procrastinators' Programs (sm) are going green! Read your handouts digitally. All handouts will be posted on-line and provided to attendees via e-mail. Walk Ins will be provided a link to the handouts when they register.
