This one hour CLE sponsored by the Healthcare Law and ADR Committees will explore the Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) law and Medicare Set Asides.
A discussion of reporting deadlines, the impact of litigation and the settlement and arbitration process, the Medicare set aside worksheet, notice to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the liability issues regarding monies owed to Medicare.
