This two hour CLE will explore construction law and the regulations involving Green building including:
- A discussion of the International Green Construction Code (IGCC), a model code sponsored by the American Institute of Architects, US Green Building Council, American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Inc., Illuminating Engineers Society, ASTM International, and the International Code Council.
- An examination of the ramifications of IGCC's recommendations from voluntary green construction certifications to mandatory green construction codes.
